Leave, never pop.

But once they've gone of their own accord, I have to pull off the loose skin.

I haven't told you the worse of it!!

I am on tablets for my black toe-nail that actually had a fungal infection in it.... it wouldnt surprise me if its spread to the other toes...

It could be that my blisters are bruised... especially from the bashing they had at Wedgenock!!! (Could just be dried mud that I haven't washed off properly - I had about half an hour to clean up before my hair appointment!)

Apologies.

If they're small, I leave them, but cut the dead skin once they've gone down.

I pop blood blisters though - my rugby boots give me blood blisters when the ground is hard.
