Back Ache
Hi All,
I'm having some lower back problems when I run and im looking for any advice anyone can give to help!
I run approx 3 miles a day, 5 times a week. Pretty much everytime i get around the 2 mile mark i start to get an ache right at the base of my back, when i try to run it off the ache gets rapidly worse, until eventually i get a sort of numb feeling in my left leg.
If i stop for a minute or so the pain eases off and i can usually complete the run without much discomfort.
Does anyone else get this kind of thing, and if so do you know any stretches or excercises which might help?
