What do you do with your blisters?
Do you leave them well alone?
Do you pop them?
Do you treat them?
Do you never get blisters?

In the good old fashioned days apparently you would stand in your own urine....
But personally I would leave them because I think you could get an infection. Which has recently happened to my sister (skin and blister) and at present can only wear flip flops lets hope it doesn't snow.
Don't get them anymore, or if I do normally when breaking in new trainers.

Do you leave them well alone?
for as long as possible, yes.
Do you pop them?
if they are causing a problem, yes.
sterile needle & antiseptic wipe.
Do you treat them?
see above, if they're just starting to form then wack a compeed on them.
if they're biggies, pop & cover.
Do you never get blisters?
no.... i don't never get blisters ;-)

You shoudlnt really pop blisters, the watery substance inside is actually plasma. which help repair the area. it will take longer to heal popped than it will if its left well alone.

yeh but thats not much help when you still have another 50miles to go....
some of the ones that itried to leave to their own devices we ended up popping as they were clearly becoming infected (and smelled rather nasty when popped.. ick)
