When im running at the moment, im having a bit of pain on the inside of my ankle. Im putting it down to a couple of years ago i accidently sledgehammered my ankle (a bit stupid) and it might not have healed properly- small bones etc.

Does anyone else have this sort of pain? I dont think itss the trainers.

I wonder whether it's to do with the cold weather Ginger.The reason I say this is because I have broken a small bone in my hand before and when it gets a bit colder outside it tends to ache for a while. It doesn't cause me a problem at any other time.
Broken bones are more prone to arthritis I think and aparantly cold weather can bring on more discomfort.

You might be right. I get some discomfort in my knee aswell when im running in this weather- and i damaged that a while back. Thanks
