Hi!

I usually have a ponytail while running.
However, this summer the weather was quite bad and it rained a lot. And during my long runs and all the rain, my ponytail kept forming a knot and it took me ages to "de-knot" my hair!!

Now, when it's really rainy, I just wear something to cover my head.

Keep running!!

I tie mine back in a pony tail but not a low one....I can't stand hair on my neck when I'm hot and sweaty.

In summer I use a plastic hairband (you can buy those thin ones with little teeth to keep hair off face) or I use a low odour hairspray to keep those pesky strays in check.

In winter, you can get those stretchy, material neck warmers that you can use as hats etc. in outdoor shops like moffats....I double it up and use it like a bandana....it keeps your ears warm too.

Hope that helps.
