Bigger Up Top

I'm currently training for the Bath Half Marathon and I'm quite big up top and have been wondering for a while what the best solution is as I have a couple of sports bras but they don't really give me as much support as I'd like. Do you think a crop top on top of a bra is the answer?

Well... I'm like an A-AA so I have no need for super-dooper sports bra, I used to get away with just a tight crop top when I was even smaller... these days the M&S high impact bra suits fine... but I dunno... doesn't chafe or anything, but it is a lil uncomfortable because it's get a bit big... don't think I can get any smaller lol so I'll probably just look for an uber crop-top thing.

Have you looked on lessbounce.co.uk they have a very good range maybe a bit pricey but your sports bra is as every bit important as your running shoes so make sure you get the right one.

Hope this helps.

Just a tip for the girls - some or all of the JJB stores (or at least some of them around my area) seem to be being taken over by Sports World. I bought 4 sports bras for less than 20 quid last weekend.

All good ones too - shock absorbers.

Might be worth checking out, as unless your boobies change size you can put your bargain bras in the drawer until the one your wearing wears out from the bounce, as it were.

I personally like Sports Jock. The ones I have are super soft with a lovely wide band. I get mine from Boobydoo.co.uk (great name for a website!) They have loads of different brands ... including some for the larger chest (I'm only a B).

I wear a level 4 shock absorber and then on top also wear a crop top for added support and minimal bounce as I am 34FF so need really good support.

I don't have a massive problem with this but i really like the M&S ones. They are no frills but do a great job.....just what every girl needs from a sports bra!
