They certainly do! There are some fantastic lady runners on here. I know I'm never going to be in, say, Trinity's league, but reading about her training and achievements makes me want to stick me runners on and go out and try to break 30 mins for 3 miles, dammit!
Not seen their legs so can't comment. |
