Am just quiet first thing in the mornings.....and grumpy if approached. Short weekend this week, here late tonight (probably), got my mother all day tomorrow, then 10k Sunday.
Bit peeved as I couldn't run yesterday or today as other commitments got in the way. Must try harder!

So you should be well rested for the 10k then.
I did a 5mile treadmill session lunchtime and have ended up with a sore swollen toe...still a rst day tomorrow so should be ok for Sunday's race.

So what gets you out of the grump...coffee/ the cat/bacon sarnie?

Yep, all of those and some peace and quiet first thing. As I start work around five, we have some 'morning people' in our office....too loud.
