Hi Nellie,
Good for you, I got distracted tonight, so no running. I am wearing pink for my 10k Sunday so won't be missed!
How is the personal training sessions going! you must be getting fit, I feel like a sack of spuds, gained a couple of pounds this week, thought I'd been good, can't be all muscle!

Think I have been overdoing the 'chips' and chocolate...not together, and feel sniffly. Although I have done 2 long ish runs this week, I don't feel I have done enough, and I have a 10k tomorrow morning. I am looking forward to this one, last one the nerves were awful.
Perhaps I need Nellie's personnal trainer to shout at me to get me back in a positive training mode.

Thanks Nellie. Glad your training is going well, must be doing you good.
10k was good. I didn't feel I had much energy, but managed to knock 3 mins from my PB, although it was a different race!
Couldn't reckomend it enough, well organised, extremely friendy, great cakes! Any lady within an hour of Oxford/Bicester should give it ago, disappointed Dave wasn't there in his dress, but great race, will be entering next year!
good luck with the training,
Lyn.
