Ach, just put a big clock at the 20 mile mark, and make sure the time it shows is 5 minutes too fast... See how much they speed up :eek:

These elite runners are fairly something, did you see how fast the winner done the last couple of hundred yards? He was going flat out nearly sprinting.

Yeah exactly... this is why i've only NOW started being REALLY impressed, and cuz I read the thing about ryan shay in RW (america) and the amount of blood sweat and tears that he put in to his running... made me wonder about my own dedication for a bit, but then of course it really was his entire life... RIP...


Actually no, scrap that... he wouldn't wanna rest lol... If I believed in heaven then I'm sure he'd be running circles round everyone heh.
