No races planned at present. I did the Bristol HM last year but not this. Am finding I have slowed down since last year and legs, knees, hips, etc all ache more than before. Not sure if I am doing too much or too little! Signed up for the 1000 miles in 2012 challenge on RF but am well behind on my weekly averages. Unsure if I should do more and try to meet the challenge or or just let it drift. Other activities taking up too much of my time!

Thanks Pam, its nice when the training pays off. considering the injuries that people suffer (and the couple of twinges I have had) I consider myself very lucky!

I resorted to the treadmill during the snow over ice period. It was unsatisfying but needed to get the miles in.
I hate hills too. When I do my longer runs I do them in essex as the countryside is far nicer to run in, only probably is its much more hilly than london
Excellent work on the 5k, I expect to see sub 37:00.

Its really nice you and the OH can do things together, although I sypathise with his inability to run. I hope the physio gives him the all clear! He was a fast chap too... wow.
Well keep up the good work and I will drop by your blog occassionaly to see how your doing
