Blighter! Pete I mean...that bests my 10k by half a minute, although he's a young buck after all. It gives me something (impossible) to aim at at Two Castles...

    Keep on keeping on.

Good work yesterday chap. I know you'll have wanted 1st but a good one nonetheless, no? I was supposed to be there - entered it, but before I got a call about a 40th birthday over in Wales! Was never going to make a 9am kick off. Arse.

When you see Pete congrat him for me - I note that he's hardly ever on here, whereas you obv are. He'll catch me over the 10k soon.....unless he's already gone sub-39 and I haven't seen it.

Nothing booked for me apart from Two Castles - not raced since a sub 1:24 HM (PB) last October! Still getting the miles in though.....

I meant to say, AGES ago you posted a link to a cheap garmin fore runner, I bought one for hubby, thanks so much, I have improved my time, put in more miles and actually push a bit rather than just do what I have to, yes, you can tell, I "borrow " it a lot, thanks again Lynne
