Whilst walking back to the car, use this walk as a warm down, I came across this couple walking two gorgeous working cocker spaniels... awwww Bear they were such lovely little dogs, full of beans and there stumpy little tails just wouldn`t stop wagging...

Will keep my fingers crossed the physio can work some magic on your poor back...
