    I'm back up to running 10 miles on the weekend again, I am away next weekend but let me know if you want a running partner either of the next 2 weekends after. I ran 2 halfs last week and we are both training for Silverstone. I have a couple of nice 10 - 12 mile routes out my way or I can shoot over to Stratford if you have any nice routes.
