Not really been very good weather over here Allan raining almost daily, glad your runnings going well
After breaking a couple of pbs recently my body has taken exception to it got a bad abdominal strain ,running a 10k pb by 1.22sec in a gale force 8 did it. it 's agony to run ,so just got to be patient and let it heal. Not very good at patience though .

Thank you, i'm very well, really enjoying my running. I hope you are enjoying the summer, its pretty bleak here at the moment (not that i'm complaining, i love running in the rain!).
