There is no job at the moment. I am still waiting for a concrete offer, they intimated that i had done enough to get it, but the final decision hasn't been made. The other one was a temp role that fell through. Ugh.

Nope. Don't think that's going to take off to be honest. All the gyms around here do it on a self employed basis charging at least 400-500 a month for rent, and flood the gym with pt's, so it's nigh on impossible to make a living
