    Thanks M8. Yes I have been Training pretty good and I'm feeling great so I am hoping for a good time!
    Just to go Sub 3 would be brill though I think I should be aiming for around the 2h 50 mark.
    "I really Can't wait!!!" Tho this week has been hard learninh how to Run to slow to save my energy for Monday.
    Also feel a wee bit bloated with all this Pasta I am eating!!
