Hi Natalie, not toooo bad here, poor fathers going through another rough`ish patch though...

Talking of kitesurfing I walked onto the beach this morning at 7:45, oh my god what a morning... wind and waves were stunning, completely knackered now though....

Yaay!! for the seaside trip... .. where did you go..??

I`d love to own a spaniel Natalie but it just wouldn`t be fare on one right now, thats the reason why I`ve volunteered my legs to help exercise some of the dogs at my local animal rescue center.....

Have also met 2 very silly spaniels and ordered a pair of running shoes..

These past few days have been very productive..

Love the New Forest.... its mind bogglingly beautiful .......

In the last few days i`ve... Run 3miles, kitesurfed for 65mins, consumed 3 huuuge pancakes....

Oh blimey PP, don`t mention the "dipstick " ... ... yeah, road bikes do feel strange don`t they, those tyres are mighty thin and there frames look enormous next to a mountainbike... took me a while befor I clicked with them but I assure you there great fun and mighty speeeeeeeedy...

Everythings good here thanx, Ma`s getting beter now and I`ve just started kitesurfing again because the water temps ok for bare feet...
