I should have said thanks for the reply to the marathon query a few weeks ago!

Reading your blog, was your 90s rest between intervals standing, or did it consist of a recovery jog?

    Thanks... in advance! ;-)

What age did you run your first marathon?

Was it ran for pace or completion? I'm sorely tempted to give it a go next year.

Hi Well done on your race and time - great stuff.

I was watching the marathon on a part of upper thames street (mile 23ish I think) and you run past (me shouting out your name like lunatic or so my friend thought-)

I had my camera's video running at the time and briefly caught you in action.

I can't seem to add the clip to the forum so have saved it to sendspace. Here's the link if you want to have a look http://www.sendspace.com/file/10tzrt

Well done again you should be really proud - I hope to do it next year the whole day was fantastic.......

    Take Care

I don't know if we will still "meet" online before you leave for London so I leave this message to wish you all the best for tomorrow.
You have worked really hard for it this year and you deserve all success.

I just chopped another 51 seconds off my 10km PB. Interested to know what you think of my splits per my question in the race reports section - that's if you get time between running 200 miles per week

Not bad to say I had those two months injured in Nov/Dec, though I think I must have fallen behind your chart of progress
