I thought as you'd hit your sub40 you had left us and found a few place to hang out with better runners
The sub40 target race is Brighton 10k in Nov yes. I'm going to throw in a few XC races this season (only did one last year). I'm having a two week rest soon so will pickup training after and do more tempo runs as I think this is the key part I'm missing. I'm fine at pace in intervals, fine in long slow runs but pacey long runs kill me.
Ready for Berlin? Feeling confident? -
