Hols were good- swam in the sea at weymouth,
10k pb at ellesmere 10k
Did bala triathlon last week in the tail of a hurricane= scary swim 4-5ft swell on a LAKE lol!

Im out now- injured and grumpy as hell, all held up for Bala but now awaiting rehab on small tear on ACL
Doggy is ok- but is scratching his ears alot- cant see anything- mmm a bit odd

Hows things with you. Saw some merrels in trail running mag- have you tried them. Need some off roaders- might go for blue in the speed cross!!!!

Well earlier today I popped into the local Inov-8 stockists to double check the sizing, we then phoned Inov-8 to check they had my size in stock, well they don`t have any Roclite 305`s in 10.5 and there not due anymore till mid March!!!! what a joke... lucky for me that shop had a pair of speedcross2`s in my size... just got back from a muddy 5miler.... SUPERB...

My super sweet Salomons still haven`t showed up.... I`m that close to saying sod it and go by some Inov-8 Roclite 305`s
