Hello. How are you getting on with your tapering for the big race on Sunday ?

It's going well thanks. Feels mad thinking back on all the running since January and only having about 9 miles of training runs left to do. This time next week it'll be all over and hopefully a few beers will be getting drunk to celebrate a good time!

I'll let you know my race number and if we happen to see each other I'll certainly say hello.

ye...be nice to say hello - its always a bit chaotic before the start isnt it- dropping your bag off - checking you have got everything you need - cueing up for the loo's etc ..... if your passing my start though i'll look out for you- what is your runner number?

I wish my start was London road, it is only half a mile from my accommodation. I pass London road on the way to Regent Road, so hopefully i will get to say hello before the start of the race.
Fingers crossed that your knees are feeling a bit better by then.
