No it isn't a poor schoolboy joke (although the place name did make me laugh!)

It's a 9k fell race at a place called Wincle (think it's between Leek and Macclesfield). The memento for finishing is a fresh trout!!

Any one done it? I fancy doing it as I like fell races/XC's and I think the idea of getting a trout is quality!!

great race and yes you do get a fresh trout theres a country fair at the finish as well to keep the kids amused whilst dads up in the hills
