Having reached the age of 60 and feeling very unfit
I have decided to try and get back into running to try and feel a bit better both physically and in my head.
I am lucky to have a Parkrun event each week nearby and have just completed my second 5k at Sewrby Park with a time of 35 mins each time.
Not the fastest around but there are people half my age taking longer than me so I take some encouragement from that.
Looking forward to interacting with you all on here as I will have plenty of questions no doubt.
