Thanks for the warm welcome and the advice, I got quite a shock when I logged on tonight to see that there was 5 pages of replies 
I'll have to look into what there is in the way of local running clubs, I'm sure there's bound to be a fair choice of them in London.
As for the thread hijacking/cross dressing thing, I use a few motorbike forums so I'm quite used to getting threads hijacked but when it comes to cross dressing I'm definitely not used to that.............honest |

Honestly twinkle toes, im so eager to start its killing me lol, but at the min I have a few health problems (recently had an op that isnt healing too ) sofor the min, i can only participate in this side and coaching Meg *sobs*
