Actually it was. I was mapping a course for a training program I coach. So...instead of biking it I thought...heck...just run it...get some yaya's out. Who know's what's around the next corner. Run like Mad!!

That was ages ago... but nice to know that at one point I had some fast twictch muscle fibers...slow as concrete drying in the rain now but can kick out the long miles as if I were rowing across the Atlantic...nice and steady...just keep one foot in front of the other and we're good to go.
