hi everyone - Im new to forum and just wanted to say hello -

Ive entered the great north run this year running for NSPCC and Ive just started my training this week .... trying a 12 week training plan from the bupa web site.
(partly modified by myself along the way).

I think im failrly fit already but I guess I'll have to wait and see.

anyway hi all and Im sure I'll be back for advice at some point

Hi Dude, welcome to the forum im sure you will find it useful, im fairly new to this awell did my first 10k race last month, in 46.24. Think your get a big buzz from the north run, as im learning just go out run your best and enjoy the ride, you'r be fixed after Hayley
