New and wanting to say 'hello'
Found this site by accident, I'm sitting at home feeling sorry for myself with the cold from hell, browsing the internet for the Hellrunner. That site seems to be down at the mo so I thought 'why not' and joined this forum.

I'm a middle aged runner, slightly overweight, from the south coast near Foikestone, I've no aspirations of being a great runner but I do get a good feeling running along the seafront past the lardies eaties their fish and chips
