Hi! After googling for several hours, I finally ended up on this site! I am in need of finding a resource (book, mailing, or web) that lists runs from 5K's up - where and when. I feel it will motivate me to join the inferior clan (regarding numbers!) of superior beings that complete marathons. Well, at least I can start somewhere other than my living room treadmill.
