Hey all im a 21 year old from north wales. Currently doing the Couch to 5K off the nhs website. Only done up to week 1 run 2 at the moment but i'm really enjoying it!
Doing it because it was recommended for help managing my low mood and anxiety and also to help me get into shape!
I enjoy Moves, Computers, and games. Currently back in college studding computers. Now this is starting to sound too much like a dating advert
