Hi,
My name's Ryan, I'm a husband and Dad to 2 from Kent.
I started running to try and lose weight and to improve my fitness levels. I have no previous running experience and am taking it step by step (no pun intended).
Have been following the C25K program although taking it at my own pace. Enjoying it thoroughly but now have questions that need answering, so have looked here for some enlightenment!
