New Runner!

Hi I am a new runner since April and have all of sudden found that my feet are going completely dead and like lead whenever I run for more than 20 minutes. I can't seem to figure out why. It makes it very hard to actually keep running. Does anyone have any suggestions as to why this may be happening and how to stop it?

Have you always been able to run more than 20 minutes? Have you changed eating patterns?

No laces are as loose as they can be, feet go numb and sometimes goes up as far as the calf muscle.
