Just to let you all know about the exciting news of a new running shop in the Torbay area.
Run by to local brothers Luke and Adam. The Runner's Guide, can be found in Walnut Road in Torquay. So when any of you lot are down this way on your jolly holidays then we would love to see you. Actually we are not that new and are just about to celebrate our 2nd Anniversary, yippee!!
We offer everything from gait analysis to an instore physio, osteopath and sports scientist.
We also have a fantastic group of the Women's Running Network, which is going great guns.
