hi thanks for all the hello's, yeah dave im doing the 5km again sunday, im still running but i got there in the end and doing longer distances. Last week did 6.8 miles in 50 mins with hills as an example, now both my little ones are at school now im training to be a fitness instructor ( not rushing tho ) and running 5 times a week.

Blimey, that's a good mileage in a great time.

What's involved in becoming a fitness instructor. Sounds intense

Dave didnt get to do the 5km in the end, cos my sister had to drop out, my fella was working so i would have gone on my own, so i didnt do it, but im looking out for another race anything really, so if you know of any in essex give me a shout H
