Hi steepler
Im starting my taper next week, I used a HRM this time and thought it made a contribution, shall we say.
I was finding that I was burning myself out, so by the 14-17 mile mark I was hitting the wall. I still feel it at that distance but find I have enough gas left to get me to the end.
I'm no racing snake, i'm looking for the 4hr mark, under that and I will be jumping for joy.
There are 3 of us going, staying in the Generator hostel, hope it's nothing like the film, post night on the pop that is!
