Question Blisters

Hi Everyone!

Hopefully someone can help me? When I run I get blister on the inside of my feet. I have bought new trainers but these don't help and the people at my gym are rubbish. Can anyone suggested a trainer that might help?!
I think the problem is that I run on the insides of my feet, but this is just how I run.

If anyone has any idea please let me know.

Ta.

Hi,
It may be that you will need to put plasters on your feet before running to prevent blisters. Also you could try socks that are designed to prevent blisters.

With reference to your running shoes did you buy them from a running shop? If not it would be wise to find your local running shop and seek advice there. "Sports shops" like JJB are no good to runners as they don't have the proper gear or staff with knowledge of runners, their needs or the gear itself.

I went to Runners needs in London, was fitted with a pair of Brooks radius 06 and sold a pair of double layer anti blister socks. Done the job for me.(Also helped with my shin splints quite a bit.)
Good Luck Dave.
