Cheers RR, thought I would let you know how it is going. Was out last night doing a semi structured hill session, basically running 10 X 3mins with 60 secs recovery over an 8 mile hilly course. Managed to cover 5.2 miles on the 30 minutes at pace, and felt very fresh and strong....came home went for a cold bath (only stayed in for 6 minutes this time) and I feel brand new today.......unexpected, but I am now not dreading my lunchtime recovery run.
Appreciate you coming on here and giving out advice, I know you are trying to run a business......
