Hi Steady Edwina... nice to see you

I'm not entered... I'm doing my last longest run for FLM tomorrow, or maybe Monday if the weather is bad tomorrow.

22 miles

Touching all the wood I can find at the moment Edwina... haven't got the injury fixed yet but it's holding up to the training quite well

Well the Lakeside 10k was spectacular in terms of fantastic scenery but there was quite a big cross-country section, which I really struggled with. The first lap I really hated hated because I kept going over on my ankles and there was three more to complete on the second lap I bumped into another road runner who was also on the verge of giving up so we ran together and walking the cross-country sections and we finished last but we did finish.
