Group Runs
If you are looking for some fun group runs the Sweatshop in York has a load of people that run out of it during the week. Friday nights a big group at 7pm and there are loads of other times during the week...speed sessions, hills, etc. They are on Hull Rd at the Leisure Club by the Black Bull Pub.
