I'm doing Blaydon this year for the first time. I'm told its a good atmosphere but whats the course like? Hoping its flat as despite all my efforts to improve my hill capacity I continue to be useless...

Are you a true Geordie if you've never done the Blaydon?

It's nice and flat apart from a short incline towards the finish. Don't forget to collect your pickled onion and black pudding after you finish!
