I have jump twice and it is one of the most amazing experiences. Jumped in Canada and South Africa and both times were spectacular. Its a good goal to have and definitely something I think you should do as soon as you hit your target weight to reward yourself for all your hard work.
I cannot believe some of the pictures in this thread, you have all worked so hard. Some of you might be a bit further along the journey than others, but at least your doing it. You should all be very proud of yourself!

My weight has been all over the place most of my life. As a young teen I was 8 stone. By the age of 18 I was a 13 stone body building nutter, by 21 a 13 stone fat bloke, then a fit 11 stone, then a 13 stone fat bloke etc etc. I made a conscious decision about 6 years ago to keep fit and maintain a healthy weight. I still fluctuate but only by about 6lb either way. If I can find a before picture of my "bigger" days I will post it but I avoided the camera at that time.

You are a shadow of your former self and your progress with your running is inspirational. This time last year we were aiming for similar times at the socials. This year you will be streets ahead
I was told the other day I didn't need to lose any more, amazing what a loose shirt can hide

I take my hat off to every one of you, well done indeed! Thanks for sharing your pictures, I know it was difficult for some to do that.
Truly inspirational and I think you should all feel very proud that your achievements WILL help others to do the same for themselves in the future.
Wow!
I think you all deserve a bit of recognition for your efforts, maybe on TV somewhere!

The difference though is I have had the time to train and its what I enjoy, you enjoy just going out for a run, I need a purpose i.e. training for my next race

Doesn't make your progress any less impressive and inspirational
Anyway, I am training with purpose again. Intervals yesterday and two miles at 7: something pace tonight. Didn't think I had that in me
