It's just a case of keeping in mind why you want to lose weight and the benefits of it.
The first week or the first few pounds are always the hardest because it still seems like you have a long way to go but once you get over that hurdle and start to feel and see the difference it sort of spurs you on.
I still advocate only having little treats (which includes little cakes SE

) as rewards. Exercise first and then have a
small reward, which doesn't outweigh the burnt off calories.
Where I work the other staff are always bringing in donuts, cookies to die for, biscuits, sweets etc... but I just have to say no and leave them for everyone else
