Remember...your self worth is not rated on a scale. You are not your weight. Adopt a healthy lifestyle with a healthy eating plan, participate in a sport (fitness regime) that you enjoy and have fun. Life is really short. Live and Love it and all that it offers. You never know when your number will be called and you don't want to think that the few day's you spent here were focused on a scale.
