I don't know how you feel about sweet potatos but they make a nice change from the humble spud and offer more nutrional variety.

hmm, i do like them but i don't really know how to prepare them - can you just stick them in the microwave like a normal spud?

Yes you just cook them like normal spuds but they cook slighty quicker. I might have to get one tomorrow now.

Isn't that also when you had to live in a shoe box on the main road with nowt but hessian on your back!!
