Diet gone to pot 1 week to go to VLM

I have been in the us for a week now and although I have tried to be careful I know I have eaten too much!!! I wouldn't say the food has been unhealthy as such, I always try to opt for something half decent but the portions have been big!

I have run around 25miles and done 30 mins on the bike.... With VLM on Sunday (assuming I get a flight home) I was wondering how quickly you can pile on the pounds to the point that it effects your running.

I'm a bit annoyed that I may have shot my chances of hitting my target time

Mark I wouldn't worry one bit about the portion size, at this point it's better to eat too much than not enough. Just make sure Thurs/Fri and Sat are carb days
