That would have probably of tasted MORE. Dunno about better though...

Did anyone see that program a while back on channel 4 about people who only eat raw food (and drink their own piss)?! What a load of twaddle!! They were like "if you cook food it kills all the enzumes". Apologies, but unless the enzyme gets delivered in a capsule, it's not going to be working once it's got through the acid and proteases of the stomach. PLUS I did this for my Adv Chem project back in School... cooking lightly, like microwaving or steaming saves like 80-90% of your vitamins...
