So is it feasible to say that whilst im bulkng at the gym i could eat a diet of fruit and veg etc and still get the amount of protein i need to stack the weight on or are the proteins from plants a different kind of protein?

This thread is intresting, as I am a veggie.
And have often wondered if I get enough protein in my diet.
