I`ve cut my daily intake to a reasonable amount over the last couple of weeks,because I`ve got this stupid idea in my head that if I do all I can in preparation and it all comes right on the day,I can run this half in under 2 hours.
The truth is that I should be happy with anything between 2:05-2:10.
