I find that when I have muesli (about 7:30am) that I'm hungry again by 10 so end up having some nuts. Maybe I'm not eating enough

I really love banana's but the problem I have is that I'm really fussy how ripe or unripe they are. In fact, the lifespan of a banana for me is about 10 minutes. If its too ripe or unripe, I dont tend to eat them

Same here, but I think that's why I love them... you can't always garauntee it's going to be a good one, but when you get a good one... it's heaven. Makes you appreciate the good heh.

Maple syrup is the stuff to put in your porridge. You don't need much and it tastes real good too.

On the whole I try to eat a healthy balanced diet but I do have a real weak spot for sausage black pudding and egg rolls from the burger van up the road from work washed down with a bottle of Irn Bru.
