i dont see why not, they are a good staple for atkins.
when i want something sweet i make a version of cheesecake with no base. i mix cream cheese with vanilla extract/favouring a bit of cream and a bit of sweetener but i don't know if you can have sweeteners on this plan.

No, I've braved the temptation today. Omelette for breakfast, chilli from last nights tea for lunch, and stir fry for tea with turkey, chilli & mixed veg. Plenty of water too. Weighing in again tomorrow for the WW thread

I'm 17st 4 today. I didn't weigh myself in the morning like last time though, so I'm similar to last week. It's not over just yet though. I think I'm stopping being so strict as of Friday night. Pizza treat for tea. Don't get me wrong, I'll stick to it in some ways but not eating some foods is tough. It's impossible to deny yourself 100% of the time.

Well this time the chilli consisted of minced beef browned in EV olive oil and 2 onions. To that I add 2/3 cloves of garlic chopped. I usually cut up a red bell pepper and sling that in too. Once it has all browned off and softened I add the tinned toms. Cumin, chilli powder & Paprika follow, then reduce the heat down to simmer for 20-30mins. Turkey breast mince is a fantastic substitute.
Well, today for breakfast I've had an 3 x egg omlette with a large glass of water. Dinner was 5 x Chicken legs from the meat counter at ASDA with salad. Tea tonight shall be turkey and spicy sweet potato wedges I think.
I've seem to have enjoyed it more towards the end of the two weeks. I can definitely tell that i've lost some inches around the waist. Could do with a 1 or 2 more holes punching in my trouser belt...

I'm starting today and I'm going to bore you all to death by doing a daily post of my intake. It's the only thing that will keep me on the straight and narrow I fear. Hopefully we might be able to get some ideas from each other if we all post?
